At Elysian Ridge Global, our driving mission is connecting South Asian talent with the world. We are dedicated to empowering graduates from Nepal and Bhutan for global careers through comprehensive skill development and international placement.

Why We Exist Every year, thousands of talented graduates are left behind. Students in Nepal and Bhutan face severe local employment gaps in the technical sector. At the same time, global employers demand practical exposure, strong communication skills, and workplace adaptability—creating a significant industry-readiness gap. We recognized that there were no structured placement channels connecting South Asian talent to these international job markets, and we set out to change that.

What We Do

The Global Launchpad Bootcamp To bridge this gap, we created The Global Launchpad Bootcamp. Primarily targeting final-year B.Tech, B.Sc (IT), and Diploma students in Nepal and Bhutan, this 3–4 month finishing school-led training provides end-to-end career preparation. Our program guarantees assured placement support alongside a robust curriculum:

Through strategic partnerships with global staffing firms, we drive job placements in the APAC and European markets.

As we grow, we are committed to launching specialized bootcamps in cutting-edge fields such as AI, Cloud Tech, Automation, Data Analytics, and Renewable Energy to ensure our graduates remain at the forefront of global industry demands.

Airlines, ByteDance, and MOAR Advisory — Tanmay has developed an intimate understanding of both sides of the global talent equation: the untapped potential of emerging-market graduates, and the exacting standards of international employers.

That insight became the foundation for Elysian Ridge Global. Having witnessed firsthand the industry-readiness gaps that leave thousands of qualified Nepal and Bhutan graduates behind each year, Tanmay founded the company to build a structured, end-to-end bridge — one that combines world-class finishing-school training, career mentorship, and assured placement support into a single transformative programme.

A specialist in structured evaluation frameworks, competency-based hiring, and cross-cultural placement, Tanmay brings both the operational rigour of a seasoned talent leader and the entrepreneurial vision of a founder committed to lasting, systemic change. His work has spanned APAC and European markets, and he holds advanced certifications in HR analytics and technical recruitment.

Under his leadership, Elysian Ridge Global is building a Global Talent Exchange Network — targeting a placement rate of 80% within six months of programme completion, and an ambitious expansion across South Asia and beyond. Tanmay’s north star remains unchanged: to ensure that geography is never the ceiling on someone’s career.
